e-portfolios at SFSU

I am serving as chair for the Education Technology Advisory Committee (ETAC) this year. The following post is written in that context.

The ETAC has been looking at various technology-related endeavors at SFSU. One of these items is the issue of electronic portfolios at SFSU. These include e-portfolios for students, faculty and staff. To this end, we had Dr. Ruth Cox from the Health Education Department present to us her pilot project on e-portfolios. She has been working with Enrique Riveros-Schäfer's office in conducting the pilot.

I've attached her presentation with this message. She indicated that she would be glad to come to our college and do a presentation on e-portfolios and see if anyone would be interested in doing a pilot study.
